Wise Building

Wise Building is an application designed for all stakeholders involved in the life of a building, whether occupants, managers, owners, or developers. Built to adapt to any type of property, it centralizes all services, information, and equipment into a single interface.

Hired as Lead and Architect to oversee WiseBuilding V2, I laid the technical foundations of the application alongside the CTO (mobile, web SaaS, and API) by designing the complete front/back monorepo architecture. I structured the technical choices, development processes, and made architectural decisions aligned with a long-term vision. I then mentored and trained developers as the team scaled up.

The architecture is based on around ten microservices designed to support both the mobile app and the web SaaS. The production launch was a success, with over 2,000 daily active users within the first few weeks.
